When we get into business its generally because we are good at what we do and then we get paid for it and YAY exciting BUT to make sure you have a profitable and sustainable business you need a little planning.
Most if not all big businesses start the year with a budget or as its sometimes called a forecast, they planning out the whole year before its even began.
This can be used to check of lulls and or slow months in the business, check for month you need more income then others and also the fun bit set goal and make sure your on track for what your aiming for, oh and making sure you have enough put away for all the things you need to pay.
This is something we do for all our clients then monthly keep them accountable and make sure they are on track.
With this purchase you will sit with one of our senior bookkeepers and they will ask you lots of questions, get to know your business and map out your 2023 business budget.
We will work in things like paying your BAS and taxes, putting money away for a safety net or to be able to take stress free leave and everything in between.
During this meeting we will also work on a goal of an average amount of hours or clients you need to do/look after per month to reach your goals over the next year.
This is a zoom call, and generally lasts 45mins to an hour an a half depending on your business and you will come away from your meeting with a full annual budget for the next 12 months to refer back to and a screen record to refer back to so your remember whats in your budget, why and what we talked about.
